    Program Outcomes

    Acquire and apply knowledge of the history, philosophy and Theories of counselling psychology

    Mastery over the skills and strategies used across different counselling settings 

    Develop appropriate assessment strategies and intervention approaches based on specific client needs.

    Assess and apply counselling techniques across every stage of human development. (Pediatric to geriatric) 

    Demonstrate expertise in gathering complete case history from clients, conceptualise based on theories and research evidence and formulate treatment plan.

    Integrate the different perspectives and demonstrate competencies in contemporary evidence based approaches in counselling Psychology.

    Carry out research studies in contribution to deal effectively with everyday life problems

    To acquaint the counsellor trainee with organizational structure, protocol, relationships, processes, and working conditions.

    Apply ethical standards and values in counselling professional practice.
