Qualification: MBBS or MD, Certificate in Associate Fellow of Industrial Health, Basic Life Support and Advance Cardiac Life Support is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Injury and case management
Medical surveillance and examinations, and conduct Fitness for Duty evaluations
Workplace health risk assessment advisory
Advisory on regulatory compliance, policy development, and record keeping
Collaborating with concerned stakeholders
Skills Required: Strong knowledge of industrial toxins and biological exposures, ability to analyze the patterns of illness and injuries at the workplace, and application of workplace standards and guidelines
Soft skills Required: Decisive roles during emergencies, communicating with safety officers, Industrial Hygienists, HR Managers, and government stakeholders, and Union Representatives
