Eligibility

  • 10+2 or equivalent examination with science subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or botany & zoology) with minimum 50% in aggregate, with English pass from a recognized university or board
  • For Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Classes (NCL) and PwBD/PwD the aggregate shall be 40% marks instead of 50% marks for Unreserved and General-EWS candidates and pass mark in English for all categories
  • The candidate must have appeared in National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA)
  • Admission shall be on the basis of the NEET merit/marks (with no cut-off ,marks or cut-off percentile for application) of the academic year of the admission
  • He/she should have attained the age of 17 years or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the undergraduate course
  • Medical fitness certificate is mandatory to submit, from an Authorized Medical Attendant to ascertain that the student does not have any physical disability.
  • Guidelines regarding admission of students with “Specified Disabilities” under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 with respect to admission in BPT Course.
  • The minimum degree of disability should be 40% (Benchmark Disability) in order to be eligible for availing reservation for persons with specified disability
  • Quota/ reservation policy as per the State Government norms to be followed by the State Council as applicable during allotment of seats
  • Foreign national students shall have to take equivalence certificate of eligibility from respective State Allied and Healthcare council and required to appear in NEET
