Research Focus

The research focus of our lab centres around studying the bioavailability enhancement of poorly water-soluble drugs and the formulation development of novel drug delivery systems.

We are currently focussing on the formulation development of novel drug delivery systems such as:

  • Floating drug delivery system
  • Transdermal and dermal drug delivery systems
  • Self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems
  • Nanoparticles
  • Implants
