- Working as Professor and Senior Consultant in Department of ENT, Head and Neck Surgery for the past 22 Years with responsibilities of training Undergraduates / Postgraduates in ENT , training of speech and hearing graduates, nursing graduates.
- Around 52 publications in National and International Journals
- Authored chapters in ENT books
- Examiner for Undergraduates and Postgraduates in various state university examinations
- presented papers in various National and International conferences
- Organizing Chairman for conference conducted by the university.
