Appointment, reappointment and assignment of members to various clinical services as provided by these Bylaw. Interviewing the member or applicant and/or HOCS when differences arise concerning appointment, reappointment, or change in privileges, and attempt to resolve such differences. Develop, review, and revise credentialing and privileging forms and processes, and review and approve credentialing policies and procedures. |
