Ms. Rajeswari did her Bachelors degree in Govt institute of Rehabilitation centre, KK nagar and Masters degree in Neurological Physiotherapy in SRIHER. Her career as a Physiotherapist started in Spastics society of Tamilnadu which gave her a great interest in the field of Paediatrics which was later grown by the exposure and knowledge obtained in SRIHER in the field of Neonatology and Developmental Paediatrics. She started her career in SRIHER as Clinical Physiotherapist and currently holds the position of Associate Professor. She has a clinical experience of 25 years and academic experience of 23 years. As a teacher she always wanted her students to be disciplined, adhere to dress code and obey the rules and regulations which she believed would pave way for knowledge and wisdom. She is associated with multi disciplinary rehabilitation of children with special needs in Vidya Sudha and involved in screening and follow up of of high risk infants in Karthikeyan child Development unit. She has around 17 publications in indexed journals. Guided around 25 PG dissertations and encouraged UG and PG students to participate in various scientific presentations. Recently completed PhD in SRIHER in Autism spectrum disorders. |
