Has completed Certification in Orthopaedic and Manual Physiotherapy (COMPT) in the year 2010 by Institute of Medical Sciences, Michigan.
Has completed Fellowship in Osteopathy and Manipulative therapy physiotherapy (FOMT) in the year 2024 offered by SBS University Dehradun and Ideal Healthcare Australia.
Area of interests are post operative Orthopedic Rehabilitation, sarcopenia, prehabilitation services for orthopedic surgeries, manual therapy and exercise recommendations.
Worked as Senior physiotherapist for 6 years then tutor for 6 years and lecturer since 2023.
As a part of the Faculty Exchange Program have visited the Bournemouth University, UK in October 2023.

This study aimed to analyse the effect of smartphone addiction on the endurance of neck muscles in college students who use their phone for prolonged hours.
Sarcopenia is a disorder of the elderly where there is progressive muscle mass reduction leading to reduction in strength, physical function and impaired quality of life.
There are various measures used to diagnose sarcopenia. Some of them require equipments. This study involved a cluster of simple screening tools that can be used to diagnose sarcopenia in the clinics.
