Mrs. M. Yogeshwari holds a B.Sc. in Nursing and has been an active Clinical Nurse and Academician since 2013. She began her career as a staff nurse in the Operation Theatre, where she has assisted in over 500 major surgeries. Recognizing her skills, she was promoted to Arthroscopic Nurse, specializing in assisting in Arthroscopic Surgeries. Additionally, she attended an Orthopedic Workshop and RACE Conference organized by the Department of Anesthesiology.
In 2016, Mrs. Yogeshwari was promoted to Clinical Instructor in the Surgical ICU. To enhance her capabilities in critical care, she completed ACLS and BLS courses. She has mentored numerous B.Sc. Nursing students in Critical Care, guiding them through their educational requirements. She has conducted decentralized classes for newly recruited nurses, assessing and honing their skills.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mrs. Yogeshwari played a crucial role in providing nursing care and was commended by recovered patients for her dedication. In 2021, she transitioned to the Faculty of Nursing, where she worked in the Department of Nursing Foundation. In this role, she handled B.Sc. Nursing I-year students, teaching Applied Anatomy, Applied Physiology, Nursing Foundation I & II, and guiding students in clinical areas to develop their patient care skills.
In 2024, Mrs. Yogeshwari was promoted to the position of Nursing Tutor. In this capacity, she continues her dedication to educating and mentoring nursing students while taking on additional responsibilities in curriculum development and academic support. She actively participates in Faculty Development Programs (FDP), workshops, conferences, and seminars to stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing.
