Bio

Dr. Christopher John is a clinical oncologist and a keen academician actively involved in radiation research. He graduated from Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute under Dr. MGR Medical University in 2011 and subsequently completed his Post Graduate Medical Education (master’s degree in Radiation Oncology) from VIMS & RC Bangalore under Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka in 2016.

Since then, he has been actively involved in various clinical and research work in Radiation Oncology with 10 years’ experience in the field of oncology. Has experience in brachytherapy applications in STS & gynecological malignancies. He has given invited lectures and participated as invited faculty in academic forums. He has mentored postgraduate students in the field of radiation oncology as well as guided Ph.D research scholars.

He has clinical experience in various modern day RT techniques such as 3DCRT, IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SRS, SBRT , TBI and HDR Brachytherapy.
