Dr.M. Manimekalai Narayanan has over 25 years of experience as a practitioner of Yoga and has dedicated over 15 years to guiding others in the principles of Yoga. She enjoys inspiring others to improve their wellness and commit to healthy living with meditative and fitness practices. She is a member of the professional body the Indian Yoga Association. Dr. Manimekalai is also a qualified Yoga teacher under QCI- AYUSH Level 2 and Level 7. and is proficient in various schools of Yoga like Hata Yoga, Sivananda Yoga (Bihar school), Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga and multiple courses completed. She got various awards for professional achievements. She has worked in different institutions as a guest faculty member in the field of yoga. She has helped organize many Workshops and conferences to spread awareness, promote research, and provide guidance in the field of Yoga to all. She also plays an essential role in the University education students’ growth -administrative processes in preparing NAAC and EVR reports. To her credit, she is an active researcher with numerous scientific publications in International and National journals. She has also contributed significantly to the body and mind of knowledge on Yoga by presenting many scientific papers on International and National platforms. Additionally, she is a dedicated academician, providing gentle individualized attention to all her students.
