Mrs. R. Kamali Arivazhagan BSc AHS Pediatric surgery,MBA(HRM) A lecturer and Physician assistant completed my undergraduation under pediatric surgery specialization in Pretigious SRIHER 2021. and qualified for the degree of Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management in pondicherry university in the year 2023. I have gained more than 3 years of experience in academics, clinical practice and administration roles under FAHS in the division of pediatric surgery. Where am able to improve students learning outcomes and their professionalism in clinical practice through Practical demonstration and hands on training. I am capable of performing Minor out patient procedures independently and counselling patients regarding need for surgery, diet plan, stoma care, enema therapy, newborn care etc.
