Dr. Divyalakshmi is a physiology educator with three years of teaching experience and is currently pursuing a PhD in Exercise Physiology. A yoga enthusiast for over 12 years and a calisthenics practitioner for the past three years, she has received several awards in recognition of her achievements in both disciplines. Passionate about integrating mind–body practices into fitness and wellness, she actively engages in outreach activities to promote holistic health and overall well-being.
