Design, Development, and Effectiveness of SRIHER EXercise System which measures exercise adherence among musculoskeletal disorder individuals: A Randomized Controlled Cross trial

Adherence to exercise interventions is the cornerstone of a successful rehabilitation program. There is no gold standard measurement to check exercise adherence and promote adherence to prescribed home exercise in primary physiotherapy care. Self-report diaries are commonly used however lack of standardization, inaccurate recall, and self-presentation bias limit their creditability.  A valid and reliable tool to assess exercise adherence and exercise adherence is required. Consequently, this randomized cross-over study aims to design, development and to evaluate the effectiveness of SRIHER EXercise System among musculoskeletal disorder individuals which measures exercise adherence monitoring and exercise adherence promotion.
