Dr. R. Karthikeyan is an accomplished academic with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of AIDA at Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Engineering and Technology (SRET), where he teaches Machine Learning and Cryptography. He also serves as FQC Member and Discipline Committee Convener at SRET, Internal Assessment Cell Member and Member Secretary of CO-PO Committee, SRIHER. He has previously held faculty and leadership roles at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education and Vel Tech Engineering Colleges, where he served as Head of the Department (CSE).Dr. Karthikeyan has authored numerous journal and conference papers in areas such as image retrieval, intrusion detection, and cybersecurity. He has filed and published a patent on remote monitoring and diagnostics using machine learning techniques. With a creative and team-oriented approach, he integrates administrative, managerial, and research expertise to promote academic excellence. His goal-driven mindset and flexibility have significantly contributed to the development of research initiatives and educational programs at SRET and other institutions.
