With a keen interest in academics, Dr. Kishore has been instrumental in teaching and mentoring MD Anaesthesiology postgraduates, guiding them through their academic curriculum, clinical postings, and examination preparation. He also contributes meaningfully to undergraduate teaching, fostering clinical understanding and practical competency among MBBS students. His commitment to education extends to allied health sciences trainees, to whom he imparts essential perioperative and operating-room–based skills.
Dr. Kishore has played an active role in academic events and departmental initiatives. He has been a key contributor in the successful organization and execution of major national conferences and workshops, including RACE and RAALS, where his coordination and dedication were integral to the smooth conduct of these academic programs.
In addition to his clinical and teaching responsibilities, he is actively engaged in departmental research activities, contributing to ongoing clinical studies and supporting the department’s pursuit of evidence-based practice.
