Projects

ASSOCIATION OF GENETIC POLYMORPHISM WITH TOXICITIES OF HIGH DOSE METHOTREXATE IN CHILDREN WITH ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA

The study aims to investigate the association between genetic polymorphisms in methotrexate elimination, serum methotrexate levels, and the extent of methotrexate-induced toxicities experienced in Pediatric patients diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Association of SLCO1B1, SLC19A, ARID5B1 gene polymorphism with Toxicities of High Dose Methotrexate with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in South Indian children

This study aims to evaluate the genotyping characteristics of SNPs in ARID5B (rs4948496), SLC19A1 (rs1051266), SLCO1B1 (rs4149056) genes and to evaluate the association between genetic polymorphism, serum methotrexate concentrations, and its toxicities.
