Bio

Aditi Gupta is an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and a dedicated trauma-informed psychotherapist, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. With extensive experience in delivering intensive psychotherapies, she specializes in mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Her clinical approach is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of trauma’s impact on mental health. Known for her strong case conceptualization skills, she integrates evidence-based practices with a person-centered ethos to create a safe and empowering therapeutic space. She has worked across diverse settings including NGOs, where she provided community-based mental health services. Passionate about awareness and advocacy, she has led numerous seminars, workshops, and radio talks on mental health literacy and stigma reduction. Her work reflects a seamless blend of academic rigor and empathetic practice. As a clinician and educator, she is committed to nurturing resilient narratives and promoting holistic healing.
