Projects

Radiogenomics for CDKN2A/B alterations in Gliomas-CRG/2022/006651-SERB

  • Investigate conventional MRI (cMRI) and advanced MRI (PWI, DWI) features of IDH-mutant gliomas with CDKN 2A/B homozygous deletion and identify standout features that could discriminate them from those without the molecular profile.
  • Characterize these tumours by adopting an imaging phenotype radiomics-based signature from multimodal MRI images to highlight unique textural patterns.
  • Describe the relationship of the above discriminatory biomarkers with clinical outcomes (overall survival and progression-free survival) after therapy.
  • Build a database of multimodal MRI in subjects with gliomas as a look-up repository for future machine learning investigations.
