Dr. D. Asokk is a distinguished academician and researcher with nearly two decades of experience in teaching and research, specializing in Human Resource and Analytics. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Management Sciences, Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research (SRIHER), Chennai.
A mechanical engineer by qualification, Dr. Asokk holds a Ph.D. in Management and multiple postgraduate degrees, including MHRM, MBA, and MPhil. His scholarly contributions include research publications in SCOPUS, Web of Science and ABDC-listed journals, with a focus on employee engagement, organizational performance, and the application of artificial intelligence in HR.
