Bio
Ms. Nellore Pratika Reddy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology at Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai. She is also a Counselling Psychologist, currently pursuing her PhD at Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, India. Her research interests focus on trauma, health psychology, and organizational psychology. She has attended numerous conferences, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and has organized several programs. Dedicated to academic excellence and fostering interdisciplinary collaborations, she is committed to nurturing the next generation of psychologists.
