I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), holding an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. My training encompasses in-depth experience in psychological assessments and the application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
With a client-centred and empathetic approach, I am committed to supporting individuals in achieving emotional well-being and psychological resilience. My practice is rooted in scientific rigour, compassion, and a strong advocacy for mental health—guided by the belief that “It’s okay not to be okay.”
Beyond clinical work, I have engaged in teaching postgraduate students and contributed actively to academic forums through case presentations, journal clubs, and seminars. I strive to integrate clinical expertise with research-driven insights to promote healing, self-awareness, and sustainable mental wellness within both individual and community contexts.
