Bio

I am an Assistant professor in the department of cardiology with a primary focus on providing exceptional patient care and educating the next generation of physicians. I am very passionate to educate and is the cornerstone of my academic life.

My areas of interest includes clinical cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, Percutaneous coronary intervention, Pacemaker implantation and Structural intervention.

I have published various articles in peer reviewed and scopus indexed journals. I have been invited to peer review articles in various journals.  I have co-authored textbook chapters as well.

I have completed advanced course on Artificial Intelligence in healthcare from IISc and i have keen interest in machine learning models in Cardiology.

Interesting clinical case of Sinus of valsalva aneurysm burrowing into the interventricular septum compressing the conduction system causing complete heart block. The impact of multimodal imaging like TTE, TEE, CECT and multiplanar reconstruction in decision making was emphasised.
