I Raghuram. P, obtained Undergraduate and postgraduate from The TN Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, Guindy, Chennai. Served as a faculty at Meenakshi College of OT, Faculty in-charge in Dept. of OT at NIEPMD(GOI), Chennai. At present Head, Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Occupational Therapy at SRIHER. I am a scholar in SRIHER from Oct.2018. Completed fellowship in Musculoskeletal, Hand & Ergonomics (MHE) from Santhosh University, Ghaziabad affiliated to Academic Council of Occupational Therapy, AIOTA.I published in indexed/UGC approved / Non indexed International journals. I was also involved in state Govt.Project (Vazndhu Kattuvom)as a rehabilitation assessor. I am a life member of All India Occupational Therapists Association(AIOTA) and TN branch of AIOTA. I was a secretary at TNAIOTA from 2012-2016. At present, I am the President/Convenor of TNAIOTA since 2016- till date. I organised Awareness Programs / Camps/ CRE/CME/Conferences for the professionals and public. Created Awareness of the Importance of Occupational Therapy in the Health and rehab sector and initiated to reopen and open B.O.T program in the Central/State Govt.Institutes and Private Universities. Received awards and Honoured for the professional contribution in Tamil Nadu. I am interested in delivering lectures/Hands on Training from Pediatric to Geriatric and community based rehabilitation.Research interest: Pediatric, Neuro and Psychiatric rehabilitation. Executed focused individual research dissertations for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Occupational Therapy Students.
