Do I need to log in to apply?

Response: Yes, you need to create a login for knowing the status of the open position for which you had applied for.

How can I apply for a job at your company?

Response: You can apply directly through our careers page on the company website. Look for the “Careers” or “Join Us” section.

What documents do I need to submit with my application?

Response: You will need to submit your resume / CV. Copies of your education credentials starting from 10th till highest qualification, Community Certificate, PAN card copy and Aadhar copy.

Can I apply for multiple positions?

Response: No you may not apply for more positions. However we shall have your application and map it to our other requirements based on your skillset and open positions as applicable.

I’m having trouble uploading my resume. What should I do?

Response: Ensure your file is in a supported format like PDF or DOCX and doesn’t exceed the maximum file size as mentioned. Try clearing your browser’s cache or using a different browser. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after applying. Did my application go through?

Response: Request you to check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, it’s possible the confirmation email was blocked. Rest assured, as long as you received a “Thank You” message on the screen after submitting, your application was likely successful.

How long will it take to hear back about my application

Response: Our recruiting team reviews applications on a rolling basis. The timeline varies depending on the volume of applications and the role’s urgency. If your profile is a good match, a recruiter will contact you for the next steps.

Can I check the status of my application?

Response: Due to the high volume of applicants, we’re unable to provide individual status updates. However, we’ll notify you via email if you are selected for an interview or if the position has been filled.

I’ve already applied for a position, but I want to update my resume / CV. What’s the best way to do this?

Response: Unfortunately, our system doesn’t allow for edits to a submitted application. You’ll need to reapply for the position with your updated documents.
