International Women’s Day was observed on 05.03.2026 by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing at the Antenatal Outpatient Department, Sri Ramachandra Hospital, SRIHER (DU) under the theme “Rights, Justice, Action for All Women and Girls”., with 75 women beneficiaries. The event featured addresses by Prof. Dr. S. Rajeswari, Prof. Dr. S. J. Nalini, and Dr. Bhuvana S. Students of B.Sc. Nursing VI Semester presented posters and cultural programs, while M.Sc. Nursing II Year students conducted digital games. Winners were awarded tokens of appreciation and cash prizes, and the program concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Pooja K., Lecturer, SRFON.
