Devi academy wins first ramaswamy udayar inter-school debate

Chennai, 

25th October, 2024.

Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research conducted its first Sri NPV Ramasamy Udayar inter school debate for senior secondary school students here today. Mr. Vansh Sarda and Mr. Sharmesh of Devi Academy senior secondary school, Valasaravakkam won the first prize. Mr.V. Navin Paul and Ms. Melina Binoy from SBOA School got the second prize and Ms. S. Shruthi and Ms. Bhavana Sri from DAV higher secondary school won the third prize. Conducted by Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Management Sciences 65 teams of 130 participants from 25 schools in Chennai competed in the debate. 

Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Mahesh Vakamudi gave away the prizes. Dr. K.V. Somasundaram, Advisor Academic and Prof. Selvam Jesiah, Principal, Faculty of Management Sciences were among those who participated in the event.
