Health insurance is mandatory for foreign students; the policy will have to be obtained and produced to at the time of admission. For NRI students, we strongly recommend that they procure a health insurance policy on their own with one of the health insurance companies operating in India.
SRI RAMACHANDRA INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH has its own Medical College and multi-specialty hospital on campus, at close proximity to the hostels. A 24 x 7 emergency service is available at SRIHER Hospital with Ambulance facility. Students can avail the medical facilities in the hospital at concessional charges.
Visa Requirements
Students are advised to obtain a student visa/observership/MISC visa according to the program they choose and not tourist visa.
