Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher education and Research held its graduation day today for the faculties of dental, pharmacy, nursing, physiotherapy, allied health sciences, public health, clinical research, management sciences occupational therapy, engineering & technology, sports and exercise sciences, biomedical sciences & technology and audiology and speech language pathology. Former Judge, Madras High Court, Chennai Justice P.N. Prakash was the chief guest. 421 graduates received their degrees.
Delivering the graduation address, Justice P.N. Prakash said that the young graduates will shape and lead the nation over the next fifty years. India has one of the largest youth population in the world and that young people must stand firmly against corruption. The ability and practical skills are more important than mere academic performance. Graduation is not the end of learning, continuous learning and up-skilling the clinical activities will contribute to excel in profession. He also encouraged them not to remain mere users of artificial intelligence and quantum technologies, but to become creators and innovators in these fields, he added.

Balaji Singh, Registrar Dr. S. Senthil Kumar, Dean Research Dr. P. Venkatachalam, Dean Dental College Dr. H. Thamizhchelvan, Controller of Examinations Dr. R. Padmavathi and other Heads of Departments were among those participated in the event.
