The Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER) organised an inter-college national level management fest recently. The fest served as a dynamic platform for students from various institutions to demonstrate their managerial, analytical and creative abilities through a range of competitions.
The event witnessed large-scale participation with more than 1,000 students across different colleges.
Mr. C. K. Kumaravel, Co-Founder and CMD of Naturals Salon & Spa, and Mr. Jayaram S., Deputy General Manager (South & East) of Business Standard, graced the occasion as Chief Guests. Ms. Samyuktha Venkataachalam, Trustee, Sri Ramachandra Educational and Health Trust, Dr. Mahesh Vakamudi, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dr. Selvam Jesiah, Principal, Faculty of Management Sciences honoured the guests and distributed the prizes.
SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram emerged as the Overall Champion, while Guru Nanak College secured the Runner-up position.
The fest featured several management and cultural events including Business Plan, Treasure Hunt, Crime Scene Investigation, Clash & Crew, Mr. & Miss Ethoz, Dance, Adaptune, Corporate Walk and Business Quiz. These events, along with guest interactions and enthusiastic participation created a vibrant environment for students to showcase their talents, enhance their managerial skills and interact with professionals and industry leaders. The programme also provided valuable exposure to real-world business scenarios.
The event was organised by the Faculty of Management Sciences of SRIHER. Representatives from various faculties and a large number of students attended the event.
