Knowledge related to audiology: Express knowledge in assessment and (re)habilitation of various conditions related to hearing, balance, and auditory processing across the lifespan.
Knowledge related to speech-language pathology: Express knowledge in the assessment and management of developmental and acquired disorders of speech, language, communication, and swallowing in children and adults.
Skills related to audiology practice: Demonstrate skills in the assessment, (re)habilitation and counselling of various conditions related to hearing, balance, and auditory processing across the lifespan.
Skills related to speech-language pathology practice: Demonstrate skills in the assessment, management and counselling of developmental and acquired disorders of speech, language, communication, and swallowing in children and adults.
Collaborative practice and research: Imbibe knowledge in basic and allied areas of audiology and speech-language pathology, required for interdisciplinary clinical practice and research.

a) The candidate applying for admission to B.ASLP Degree Program should have passed 10+2 examination or an examination conducted by the Pre University Board of Educ ation of the respective State Government recognized as equivalent thereto and securing a minimum of 50% marks with the following subjects at (b)&(c). However for SC/ST/OBC category of candidates the minimum qualifying marks for admission shall be 45%:
