Request for the relevant investigation and plan treatment
Counsel a patient and relatives regarding a specific treatment plan, its advantages and disadvantages and alternatives
Assist or perform the proposed surgery
Plan and execute a post-operative treatment plan
Exhibit professionalism and empathy towards patients during the whole treatment duration.
Be in synchrony with the rest of the Hand surgery team
Keep abreast with the latest advancements in Hand surgery
Familiar with basic statistics and research methodology
