Clinicians Connect – 2.0
“CLINICIANS CONNECT – 2.0,” an event dedicated to fostering relationships between experienced clinicians as mentor and Healthcare & Medtech Startups, was successfully organized by the Sri Ramachandra Innovation Incubation Centre. This event served as a pivotal platform for entrepreneurs and startups in the healthcare sector, offering them a unique opportunity to engage directly with subject experts.
The occasion allowed emerging Startups to seek valuable mentorship and gain deep, actionable insights from leading clinicians and industry veterans. By facilitating these connections, the event aimed to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and innovative business solutions, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the advancement of healthcare technologies.
We are thrilled to share that more than ten promising startups benefited significantly from the mentorship provided during the event on 9th of July 2024. On August 22, 2024, Sri Ramachandra Innovation Incubation Centre hosted a informative
“Clinical Trials Consultation” event, specifically tailored for medtech and healthcare
entrepreneurs. This event provided a unique and invaluable opportunity for startups to receive
expert guidance on the complexities and best practices involved in managing clinical trials.
The session was designed to address the various challenges and intricacies that startups face
when conducting clinical trials, including regulatory requirements, study design, patient
recruitment, and data management. By offering personalized consultations, the event aimed to
equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the clinical trial process
effectively.
Throughout the consultation, we had the privilege of mentoring over ten innovative
entrepreneurs from across nations. By facilitating such events, we continue to foster

Yukthi awareness session
On August 14, 2024, a special hand-holding session for the Yukthi 2.0 initiative was conducted in celebration of World Entrepreneurship Day. This event was tailored for dental students and faculty, providing an invaluable opportunity for engagement and learning.
Dr. Uma Ranjan, Professor at SRET and Yukthi Coordinator at IIC,SRIHER, alongside Dr. Ram Sabarish, Associate Professor at SRDC&H and Innovation Ambassador at SRIHER, co-coordinated the session. Their expertise and guidance were instrumental in facilitating a comprehensive exploration of the Yukthi initiatives.
Over 30 participants attended the session, immersing themselves in the innovative aspects of the Yukthi program. The event offered deep insights into the initiative’s objectives, fostering a greater understanding of its impact and opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs in the dental field.

Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), in collaboration with the Sri Ramachandra Innovation Incubation Centre (SRIIC), recently organized an insightful workshop focused on the Yukthi Repository for physiotherapy students and faculty. The session was led by Dr. Uma Sathya Ranjan, Professor at SRET, who served as the expert resource person.
The workshop saw enthusiastic participation from over 20 attendees, who gained a thorough understanding of the Yukthi Repository’s functionalities and advantages. Dr. Ranjan’s presentation provided in-depth insights into how the repository can support and enhance research, learning, and innovation within the physiotherapy field. The event successfully highlighted the repository’s value, fostering a deeper engagement with its resources among the participants.
