Student Counselling Service at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (Deemed to be University) is committed to promoting the mental health and well-being of undergraduate and graduate students by providing accessible, quality mental health services.
Student counsellors are available on campus for confidential counselling to all students.
Counsellors will work with students to help them manage their mental health and wellbeing, to focus on and understand more clearly the issues that concern or trouble them and provide strategies to make the most of their time at the University. There is no cost for students to access the services of the counsellors.

The Student Counsellors room is located at 3rd Floor, IQAC wing, Medical College Building, SRIHER (Contact No: 044-4592 8500, Ext:3191).
Students may walk in and meet the counsellors.
The contact information of the counsellors is available on the student portal. Students may log in to the student portal to get the contact information.
Students are encouraged to refer themselves, contact a counsellor and set up the first appointment to discuss their concerns with the counsellor.
Confidential appointments can be set up online from the student portal.
