She joined Sri Ramachandra Medical College immediately after completing postgraduation from JIPMER in 1998. Since then, she has been dedicated to patient care and the training of residents. She is passionate about clinical work and committed to ensuring quality and safety in the delivery of anaesthesia care. She is equally enthusiastic about teaching and strongly believes in training residents according to national and international standards, enabling them to become skilled anaesthesiologists dedicated to patient welfare. Additionally, she has been actively involved in the administration of operating rooms and has served as both a member and chairperson of various committees related to accreditation, quality, and safety within the organization and beyond.
