Dr Vijayakumar Singaram joined his MBBS course in the year 1998 at Volgograde state medical university, Russia. Completed the course in the year 2004 (1 year preparatory course for Russian language then 6 years General Physician course). Then cleared his MCI screening exam in the year 2005, then joined as CRRI at MMC July 2006 and completed in July 2007. He was working in hospitals as duty doctor and was in charge of ICU. Then joined MD Anatomy at SRMC & RI in 2010 April and completed in April 2013. From July 2013 he was working as Assistant Professor of Anatomy at SRMC & RI. In April 2025 he was promoted as Associate professor. Interested in travelling, gardening, drawing. Fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi and Russian. Interested in developing Anatomy museum, developing new techniques in Plastination, Embalming fluids. preservation and maintenance of specimens in museum. Interested in doing research in reproductive medicine, e-Learning based teaching methods.
