Amritha L J is an Assistant Professor of Commerce with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Finance at Annamalai University, after completing her M.Com in Finance and B.Com in Taxation with distinction from the University of Kerala. Over the past five years, she has served in reputed institutions, teaching a wide range of subjects such as Cost Accounting, Corporate Tax Planning, International Banking, FinTech, and Digital Marketing. She has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and contributed to curriculum design under NEP initiatives. Her research expertise lies in Green Finance, Energy Finance, Fintech, Sustainable Development, Stress management strategies, S-HRM, with publications in international journals and book chapters indexed in Scopus. She actively participates in international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence
