CelSignet Laboratory

Our research is focused on elucidating the role of heterotypic cell-cell interactions in both  normal physiological processes and disease pathogenesis. We aim to identify and characterize  molecular markers associated with disease progression, with the ultimate goal of discovering  novel therapeutic targets. To complement our experimental work, we are developing in vitro  models of disease progression to validate our findings.

Our current focus is on investigating the involvement of developmental pathway genes in the  progression of gastric and breast cancer. Additionally, we are exploring the impact of Wnt  pathway modulation in lumbar stenosis. We foster strong collaborations with clinicians and  computational biologists to advance our research.
