Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research offers a comprehensive PhD program across each of the 14 constituent Faculties in full-time and part-time modalities.
Full time PhD students are supported by the Founder Chancellor Fellowships as well as fellowships provided by external agencies. The part-time modality is available for both internal faculty and staff and employees of external institutions (including those who are self-employed). The PhD program is available in both full-time stipendiary and part-time streams.
Furthermore, a collaborative PhD program with Indian Council of Medical Research and IIT Chennai is offered to MD/MS candidates of the Deemed University.
The Deemed University also grants the DSc degree for outstanding post-doctoral research endeavors. (246)
